Celebrate Thanksgiving with Covina

Thanksgiving menu available for dine-in, or pickup, or delivery via Caviar, from 11:30am to close on Thursday November 28, 2019 only.

Reservations will open on this page on Monday October 28, 2019.

Thanksgiving menu requires full table participation and will be portioned based on party size, served family style; $85 per person, $45 per child under 12.

Dishes include:

Butternut squash soup with roasted pumpkin seeds & tarragon oil

Market greens salad with pears, blue cheese, honey dressing

Spiced rubbed roast turkey with classic gravy & cranberry sauce

Fennel sausage stuffing with focaccia bread, brown butter, sage

Whipped yukon gold potatoes with cultured butter

Crispy brussel sprouts with apple mostarda & creamy balsamic

Creamed spinach with fontina bechamel & fennel

Parker house rolls with honey butter

Pumpkin pie & Apple pie with vanilla ice cream

Pre-order Pastry Chef Jayson Galiza's homemade holiday pies

Apple Pie & Pumpkin Pies by pastry chef Jayson Galiza will be available for pickup or delivery via Caviar.

Pie orders open on Monday October 28, 2019. Orders must be placed 72 hours in advance. All pies are $35 each. $2 from each pie will be donated to City Harvest. All pies will be picked up cold, with reheating instructions.

Host a holiday cocktail event in the Park South Hotel library

With a capacity of up to 25 guests, the Park South Hotel library (connected to Covina) is the perfect location to host a holiday cocktail event in a sophisticated setting. 

Guests can mingle or sit in comfortable wingback chairs next to the indoor fireplace. Library selections were curated by local favorite culinary bookshop, Kitchen Arts & Letters. Guests can enjoy beverage packages featuring unique cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, cider, and other libations.

Private & Semi-Private Dining

We invite you to host your next corporate or social event with us at Covina. Let our team customize your next meeting, brunch, lunch, dinner, or cocktail reception!

Covina's private dining room seats up to 42 guests, and the semi-private dining room seats up to 20 guests. Events may be held in the semi-private cafe space as well as the Park South Hotel library. Custom upgrades are available for events, including floral design, place cards, housemade cakes, takeaway treats, & personalized illustrations.
